A resident of the occupied Donetsk found guilty under part 2 of article 258, part 1 of article 263, part 1 of article 258-3 of the criminal code of Ukraine (terrorist act; illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives; public calls to commit a terrorist act).
“In may 2014, a man entered into structure of the terrorist organization “DNR”, he committed a terrorist act using a firearm against members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who were on duty at the checkpoint in Amvrosiyivka district, Donetsk region”, – stated in the message.
During the shooting, the attacker was detained by Ukrainian soldiers and confiscated his firearms and ammunition. Permission for them he had not.
