Microsoft has promised not to abandon the standard Paint and save it to the users. This was reported by the press service of the IT giant.
“Fans of MS Paint can rejoice: a traditional image editor is not going anywhere. We saw incredible support and nostalgia for the Paint. If there is something that we have learned, is that after 32 years in the Paint a lot of fans. It’s amazing to see so much love for our reliable old app,” said Microsoft.
The company stressed that he would like to take the opportunity to make a statement and eliminate “some misunderstanding” and assured that the Paint will be free to download in the Windows Store.
While Paint 3D will be available in the Windows 10 Update, and Creators will continue to receive updates and further, while retaining the functions available in 2D.
