For the crime faces up to 14 years in prison.
Today, October 17, during mass actions in the center of Kiev suffered four people. One of the victims was a police officer. He’s been hospitalized.
Law enforcement officers suggested to the victims to write the corresponding applications on the injury, however, at present such requests to law enforcement were reported, police said.
The investigators pre-qualified this event under article 345 (Threat or violence concerning the employee of law enforcement body) the Criminal code of Ukraine. The maximum penalty for this article provided in the form of imprisonment for a term not exceeding 14 years.
Recall that on the morning of 17 October by the Verkhovna Rada nachalat the rally, the participants of which demand the abolition of parliamentary immunity, changes in the electoral legislation and create an anti-corruption court. Organizers of the campaign are the party “Union “Samopomich”, “batkivshyna”, “Movement new forces”, “5.10”, “Freedom”, “national body”, “Right sector” and several community organizations.
