Foreign Minister of Germany, Sigmar Gabriel, was encouraged by the words of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin about the possible beginning of the UN peacekeeping mission in the territory of Donbass.
“More importantly, this proposal for the UN peacekeeping mission in the East of Ukraine shows that Russia’s foreign policy has undergone changes, and we must not miss this chance. It will be good if we perceive it as a willingness to talk about new ways to defuse tensions,” – said Gabriel.
