Melnichuk MP was charged with creating the OPG

The Deputy disagrees with the indictment.

Melnychuk received a copy of the indictment in the criminal proceedings from July 10, 2015. At the same time, the Deputy himself in the PostScript to the document expressed disagreement with his status.
