Media: in Kharkiv for “drunk” driving detained by a police officer in charge of the bloody accident

According to the Kharkiv media, in blood of the detainee was 0.2 ppm alcohol.

Kharkiv police detained the head of the police Department of the accident, who oversees the fatal accident took place in Kharkov on October 18. This was reported by the Kharkov LIVE in Facebook.

“The police patrol was stopped by the head of Department on road accident of SU of GUNP in the Kharkiv region Mykola Movchan I. the suspicion that he is intoxicated. Movchan declined to blow into the Drager at the stop and with the police went to the hospital on Shevchenko str,” wrote there.

After examination, it was found that in blood of the detainee was 0.2 ppm alcohol. According to the report, this is the maximum norm.

In comments to the record discussion ensued about whether it is considered that the amount of alcohol a serious violation. However, all agree that the detainee has behaved improperly by refusing to blow into the Drager.
