The Solomensky district court of Kiev prolonged the term of the obligations imposed earlier on the Chairman of the State fiscal service of the Roman Nasirov for another two months.
“The court ruled, the Prosecutor’s request to meet,” said investigating judge Kitsyuk Victoria.
In particular, the court’s decision extended the validity period assigned to Nasirov duties for another 2 months until June 26 inclusive.

As reported, the Prosecutor SAP Simkiv, Nasirova elected the measure of restraint – the bail will run until the end of the pretrial investigation. SAP has extended the investigation Nasirova to July 2.
Nasirova on March 2, handed over the notice of suspicion. He is suspected of committing a crime under part 2 St. 364 criminal code of Ukraine (abuse of official position, entailed heavy consequences).
