There’s not only Photoshop in order to retouch to a Shine production photos
Canadian photographer Conor Nickerson did a photo project on the basis of their childhood photographs, in which he inserted himself-an adult. The result was really emotional and interesting.
Conor Nickerson (Conor Nickerson) from Montreal commented their project: “When I was going through all my old photos (1999 – 2005), I started thinking about what could happen if I “zapotosky” they present themselves. I gathered old hats and t-shirts, anything I could find that survived, and tried to dive into his past, his childhood, in those moments that I can’t remember, but which will remain forever in the photographs.”
As recognized by Conor, the hardest part was to handle your photo to fit the quality to the pictures of the past. “I often had to blur images, add noise to make your photos fuzzy to achieve a quality that is in old photos.”
