McCain advised the Trump not be as “soft” as Obama.
Senator from the Republican party John McCain called on US President Donald trump to depart from the course set by his predecessor Barack Obama to provide Ukraine with lethal weapons.
This McCain wrote in his Twitter.
He answered the question posed by the President of the United States Donald trump about whether Obama’s policies concerning the annexation of Crimea by Russia is too soft.
“Yeah, he was too soft,” wrote McCain.
He invited Trump to choose a different course and to give Ukraine lethal defensive weapons. Also, McCain wrote that we need to maintain sanctions against Russia.
