The head of the Ministry of Infrastructure has commented on the claims of MAU.
Airline Ukraine International airlines (UIA) should state 400 mln UAH fees. This was stated by the Minister of infrastructure Vladimir Omelian, commenting on the claims of MAU to the Ministry of Infrastructure.
According to the Omelyan, lawsuits UIA is a direct intervention in agreement with another airline with airports. They are unfounded and baseless, said the Minister.
“I would earnestly advised the owners and management of the MAU to focus on the issue of payment to the state budget UAH 400 million fees that they already owe, on the development of the Dnieper airport, Dniproavia airlines, and many other issues. I hope that the reaction of Ryanair will be calm and we quickly at the state level to stop this farce that is now provoked by the owners of the UIA” – said the Minister.
Omeljan reported that the procedure of the call for claims, including those asserted against Ryanair, will last more than six months. The Minister said that one of the lawsuits the court returned without opening of the proceedings. Another one is scheduled for consideration on September 18.
