The chief military Prosecutor of Ukraine Anatoly Matios said that the indictment in the case of treason, ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych will be brought to trial on March 14.
“March 14 indictment for treason Yanukovych will be transferred in court for consideration in essence”, – said Matios.
Viktor Yanukovych is suspected of committing treason, aiding the authorities of the Russian Federation in deliberate acts committed with the aim of changing the boundaries of the territory and the state border of Ukraine in violation of the order established by the Constitution, and waging aggressive war.
Note that 30 Jan GPU had planned to complete the special pre-trial investigation materials and opens up the defense.
