The chef of the sushi restaurant company “Sushi Land Eurasia” after the power in which people went to the hospital, discovered the Salmonella.
According to the State service of Ukraine on safety of foodstuffs and consumer protection.
“The chefs catering establishments discovered the same type of Salmonella, S. enteritidis group D”, – stated in the message.
In addition, studies with 9 samples of sushi found that 7 samples of rolls and 1 sample of the sauce for the sanitary-microbiological indicators do not correspond to the technical requirements.
In Hospitible also reported that the number of individuals who discovered of acute intestinal infection after food in the restaurant has risen to 39.
