Police have classified the incident as hooliganism and damage of property.
In fact clashes between activists and police at a construction site near the famous “wall-houses” in Odessa a criminal case.
About this informed the press-Secretary of police of Odessa region Love Gordievsky.
“On the facts of these events at the monument of the criminal proceedings. This event qualifies under two articles – 296 (hooliganism) and 194 (intentional destruction or damage of property) of the Criminal code of Ukraine”, – said Gordievsky.
She also said that the conflict occurred due to the construction of the mansion near the monument.
“Not a single detainee was not. Law enforcement officers ensured public order. There are two victims: one police officer and one activist. They dropped the brick,” – said Gordievsky.
