Vice-President of “Mariupol” Andrey Sanin commented on the situation with the controversial Premier League match against Kiev “Dynamo”.
Match “Mariupol” – “Dinamo” was to be held on 27 August in Mariupol in the seventh round of the championship, but the club from Kiev, for security reasons, refused to come to the East of Ukraine.
After the failure of the match the representatives of the “Dynamo” came to Mariupol with a proposal still hold the meeting, the Surkis brothers were negotiating with the Premier League, relying on 20 September to play with the “Mariupol” and to avoid a technical defeat.
“We really started the dialogue with “Dynamo”. It is a fact, I will not deny it. Was careful probing on the topic “Guys, let’s play this game?”
Here I voiced the position not only of the club, but residents who become parties to this conflict. We are solid as a rock – no do-overs will not.
Our position remained unchanged. Regulations – above all, if the club has not appeared, then the case for the FTC,” said Sanin in comments to the TV channel “Football 1”.
It is expected that the Control and disciplinary Committee of the football Federation of Ukraine include Kiev “Dynamo” technical defeat for absence on a match with “Mariupol”. In this case, the people of Kiev will give Shakhtar the lead in the standings of the Premier League.
