Regnum news Agency appealed to the court after the statements Zakharova at a press briefing on 27 December 2016.
The official representative of Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova became a co-defendant in the suit, the news Agency Regnum with the requirement to refute false information.
This decision was made by the Moscow Presnensky court, where the case is heard.
At the meeting, the representative of the Agency said that they want to deny it saying Zakharova, so it must be the Respondent. The representative of the foreign Ministry spoke against this decision and against the acceptance of claim for consideration.
