The ex-Governor was forcibly held at the residence of the General
Ex-Governor of the Afghan province of Jawzjan Ahmad, ASCI accused Vice-President General Abdul Rashid Dostum in the abduction and sexual harassment.
According to the ex-Governor, it forced over five days held at the residence of the General. During this time Vice-President and ten other men were allegedly committed against a former Governor’s sexual assault.
General Dostum, in turn, called data charges provocation. He argues that ASCI detained and kept not his bodyguards, and the officers of the intelligence service of the country, suspecting policy of involvement in the unrest in the province.
In the administration of Afghan President Ashraf Ghani has promised to conduct a thorough investigation on the matter. The same call has the government in Washington and Brussels.
