“Mail of Russia” will have to reimburse the cost of a parcel that the organization is not delivered to the addressee. As reported in the St. Petersburg office of Rospotrebnadzor, a resident of St. Petersburg ordered goods in a Chinese store. After some time, the international administration was given the status “received by addressee”. However, the woman the parcel was not received.
She has repeatedly appealed to the “Mail of Russia” with a request to provide information about the lost item and reimburse the cost. However, there was no reaction.
To business joined the Federal service. The Agency appealed to the court and demanded to collect with “Mail of Russia” funds in the account of damages for loss of international postage, compensation of moral harm, expenses on fee of the lawyer. The court supported the position of management and the claim is granted.
