Design baking impresses with its diversity. Modern birthday cakes is something more than just cakes with a sweet filling. They are in every sense superior to traditional cakes, exalted to the Kingdom edible sculptures.
Famous pastry chef Emma Jayne Cake Design has added a collection of the most impressive confectionery on the planet. On the show Cake International in London (England), she demonstrated incredible cake: at first glance this is a common wedding dress in full size, but really – edible version of the ensemble of high fashion! This is an exact replica of the wedding dress Filipino designer Mac Tomanga.
The bodice is densely decorated with flowers, which stretch down the back and gradually diverge at the hem. A dainty bow at the waist, a scattering of pearls – all the details look very realistic! This dress cake was created for a real modern Princess.
But Jane managed to create such a masterpiece? All the details she did by hand. To create a volume flower, each petal was twisted and attached separately and then the pastry chef gave him a big form. To simulate the scattered white pearls Emma used a prototype of the innovative instrument for confectionery products, which are individually attached spray to make them look like they were sewn by hand.
