On a bribe in 12 thousand hryvnias detained the Prosecutor.
Lviv Prosecutor the local Prosecutor’s office No. 1 exposed the bribery.
This was announced by Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko on his page in Facebook.
“The service of the security service in Lviv region together with the General on GPU documented the fact of extortion and receiving improper benefits in the amount of 12 000 UAH Lviv Prosecutor the local Prosecutor’s office No. 1, lawyer 1 class Califican Nikol A. from the accused in criminal proceedings for assistance in the application of the most lenient penalties,” wrote Lutsenko.
He added: “During obtaining illegal benefit in the amount of 12 000 UAH corrupt detained in order St. 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine. Cash found and seized in full during the inspection of the scene. Currently held urgent investigative actions and searches at the place of employment of the person involved”.
