Lutsenko said that the grant for the system of e-Declaration plundered

The system itself was developed by the students of the Communist party, say in the Prosecutor’s office.

The electronic Declaration system was developed by the students of the Kiev Polytechnic University. And the grant of the government of Denmark on the establishment of a system stolen. About this in Parliament during the annual report said the Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko.

According to prosecutors, the head of open company “Miranda” Novikov signed an agreement and entrusted the execution of these works the teacher of the Kiev Polytechnic University and its students, which they did.

“And this whole system was made by these persons”, – Lutsenko added.

At the same time Novikov, according to the attorney General, decided to grant funds allocated for the creation of electronic Declaration, and listed them through a fictitious firm to an account in Estonia.
