Ukraine does not intend to give the separatists full Amnesty, said the head of the GPU.
The participants in the armed conflict in the East of Ukraine from the self-proclaimed DND and LNR must lay down their arms and to write individual statements about Amnesty, because Kiev does not intend to give the separatists full Amnesty.
This was stated by Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko.
According to him, the separatists have to write individual applications for Amnesty to admit his guilt and ask for pardon. The Ukrainian side will check each individual case and make a decision. If the person is not committed serious crimes, such as murder, torture, rape, then he can apply for Amnesty.
