Lutsenko has disclosed details of the extradition Kaskiv

Lutsenko said that Kaskiv returned to Ukraine, not willingly, but in the extradition proceedings.

According to Lutsenko, Kaskiv agreed with the decision of the authorities of Panama to transfer it to Ukraine on a simplified procedure of extradition. Representatives of the GPU flew to Panama and ensured his return to the country. While Kaskiv bought himself a plane ticket that absolutely does not mean that he is back. He returned under extradition.

In the course of the trial Kaskiv can point to someone on whose orders he had appropriated the budget money. Meanwhile, said Yuriy Lutsenko, he’s no agreement with the investigation has not concluded.

Meanwhile, the Pechersk district court of Kiev arrested Kaskiv with the possibility of bail in 160 thousand hryvnias.

Lutsenko also said that Kaskiv, realizing that the evidence against him is serious, agreed to the extradition under the simplified procedure, second today paid almost 7.5 million hryvnias of losses.

The attorney General said that after two or three weeks the result will be ready to transfer all materials to the court for the hearing of the case in fact.

Earlier it was reported that Kaskiv said that he returned to Ukraine voluntarily.
