He will be prosecuted without the testimony of Dovgy
The Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine is preparing the suspected former mayor of Kiev Leonid Chernovetsky.
About this today during a speech in the Verkhovna Rada said the Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko.
The attorney General noted that he had offered the people’s Deputy from parliamentary group “people’s Will” Oles Dovgy “not under the Protocol” to testify against the former mayor of Kiev Leonid Chernovetsky, however, the MP refused to cooperate.
According to Lutsenko, Chernivtsi will be prosecuted without the testimony of long.
