Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko claims that the level of crime in Ukraine began to decline.
He said this, speaking with the report in the Verkhovna Rada.
“Let’s just say the situation on the streets is very difficult. Every day there are thousands of crimes. You to understand the General Prosecutor’s office performs procedural production by 1.3 million criminal proceedings. But thanks to the coordinated work, the resumption of handling the situation began to improve. For the first quarter of the decline in all crimes – robberies, robberies, thefts, murders, car thefts or minus 20-30 percent,” – said the Prosecutor General.
Lutsenko said that started to affect reform of the National police.
