A funny episode occurred recently involving the President of Belarus.
Many Belarusians know popular in the past, anecdote, in which Lukashenko, speaking on the phone, makes the slave to touch the potatoes.
Remember it made a small snippet of the meeting with the dictator President of the Board of the development Bank Sergei Rumas.
