Russia has promised to hire security services.
The presidents of Belarus and Russia Alexander Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin during a meeting in Beijing discussed the issue of supply of substandard oil to Belarusian refineries. On Saturday, April 27, said the head of the administration of the Belarusian leader Natalia Kochanova.
“Yesterday Alexander Lukashenko met with President Vladimir Putin. The Russian President assured that the matter will be seriously investigated, will be given a principled assessment of the incident,” said Kachanov.
The head of the administration of the Belarusian President expressed hope that “all issues will be resolved on the basis of the assurances of the President of Russia.”
Putin himself at a press conference promised to bring intelligence agencies to investigate the situation of the Druzhba pipeline.
