The MP accuses the attorney General in the spread of false information.
MP from the Radical party Andrei Lozovoi filed a lawsuit to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko on the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation. This MP said on his Facebook page on Monday, may 22.
“Filed a lawsuit to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko for the spread of false information against me, which caused damage to my business reputation. In an attempt to discredit the Radical party of Oleh Lyashko and intimidate us, the attorney General without higher legal education … has made a statement which accused me of committing crimes, the investigation of which is not even a competent GPU,” wrote willow.
He added that Lutsenko announced the submission to Parliament on the withdrawal of parliamentary immunity Lozovoy as of Monday “or not, although it’s been three days.”
Earlier Lutsenko said that the Prosecutor has prepared and submitted to Parliament for consent to prosecute two deputies, in addition to Lozovoy Gennady Legumes and Yevhen Deydey.
