JSC “Motor Sich” at the airport “Wet” in Zaporozhia presented the first Ukrainian helicopter called “Hope”.
The helicopter was presented by the President “Motor Sich”, Deputy of Ukraine Vyacheslav Boguslayev.
According to him, to create the first Ukrainian helicopter, it took 10 years.
“Today you stand in front of the first Ukrainian helicopter, we gave him the name “Hope”. It is our hope that the development of the country, on the development of high technologies”, – said Boguslaev.
“And our hope is that this helicopter will have a lot of modifications, and to patrol the roads, and to monitor pipelines and gas pipelines, and for defence purposes, and agricultural, and passengers. In Ukraine today launched a new industry, he said.
JSC “Motor Sich”, Zaporozhye enterprise which specializiruetsya on the production of aircraft engines and gas turbines.
Products of JSC “Motor Sich” are operated on airplanes and helicopters in over 120 countries.
