“Liverpool” for 42 million euros signed Salah

Club of the English Premier League Liverpool has reported on the purchase of a winger as Roma and the national team of Egypt Mohamed Salah.

A 25-year-old midfielder previously played in Basel, Chelsea Roma and Fiorentina, Liverpool posted a record in the history of the club for 42 million euros. Eight million spelled out in the deal as a potential bonus.

Salah signed with the Reds a five-year contract. Each year, the Egyptian will earn 5.5 million euros, making it one of the most highly paid athletes in Africa.

“I am very excited to be here. I’m happy. I will give our best for the club 100 percent. I want to win with Liverpool. We hope that together we can win for the club, for the fans and for ourselves,” said rookie “Liverpool”, who took the club t-shirt with 11-m number.

Before moving to Liverpool Salah played in Roma for two seasons. In August last year the Romans for 15 million euros bought out the contract of the Egyptian at Chelsea.

Last season was the best in the career of Mohamed Salah – midfielder of Liverpool in all the tournaments he played 41 matches and scored 34 points according to goal+assist system (19+15).
