Liverpool have officially announced the completion of the transactions on the transfer of Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
According to unofficial information transfer Oxlade-Chamberlain cost Liverpool 35 million pounds. The rookie signed a contract with the club until the summer of 2023.
Arsenal tried to keep Oxlade-Chamberlain, but the pupil “Southampton” for the sake of moving to another club went to the pay cuts. At Liverpool the Englishman will receive 120 thousand pounds a week in one and a half times less than he was offered by Arsenal.
Oxlade-Chamberlain became the seventh largest transfer in the history “Liverpool”. More Liverpool paying only for Nabi Keita, Christian Benteke, Mohamed Salah, Sadio mane, Roberto Firmino and Andy Carroll.
