Little Hippo Fiona learns to swim. Video

Workers of the zoo say that Fiona is a very gentle and kind creature.

In February, 2017 at the Cincinnati zoo prematurely born baby Hippo.

For two months the Hippo Fiona learned to walk and play. Now the zoo staff taught her to swim.

Fiona trains in deep pool, located in the cage and in a small plastic tank. In it she sometimes even sleeps!

“The hippos have the unique ability — they can sleep under water and on its surface, not waking up at the same time. Although Fiona and demonstrates your skills, she often sleeps under water,” — said the zoo staff.

According to the staff who deal with Fiona, after swimming lessons, she remains in the pool and playing.
