Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine create a joint military unit

The agreement between the government of the Lithuania, Poland and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on establishment of a joint military unit. About it reports a press-service of the head of state.

In particular, Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko on December 27 signed a law on ratification of the agreement on amendments in the cooperation with these countries.

Reportedly, the agreement was adopted on 5 October 2017 in Lublin.

As a result, the document introduces changes in the main agreement that the joint military unit is given the name of Hetman konstanty ostrogski.

Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada voted on ratification of the agreement between the governments of Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine and on amendments to the agreement on the establishment of a joint military unit.
