The actress leads a healthy lifestyle.
Hollywood beautiful Lily Collins told on the pages of the summer issue of Shape magazine about her struggle with excess weight. Judging by the photo shoots in glossy magazines, now 28-year-old actress looks great.
In an interview with reporters Shape Lily told me about your relationship to food:
“I used to think that talking about my struggles with an eating disorder diminish professional accomplishments, but realized that I need to talk about it to move on as a person and as an actress. I needed something to let go. It is now not ashamed of my past.”
The actress is a supporter of healthy eating and not eating food treated with chemicals:
“I love chicken, fish, vegetables, grains and do not eat red meat. In addition, I grew up in the English countryside, so agriculture is seen as part of lifestyle, not a trend”.
In addition, the beauty herself loves to cook:
“I’m not against gluten free and not vegan but love to cook cakes, because the process inspires me. When I cook something delicious and healthy, I get a sense of accomplishment”.

“Donuts, cakes for birthday, banana walnut bread, and more – all I was trying nor to cook.
