Serhiy Leshchenko, people’s Deputy from the faction of the BPP, explained FBI investigation of former head of presidential campaign of Donald trump Paul Manafort the allegations of blackmail. About the MP said on air of TV channel 112 Ukraine.
“Explanation I gave to the FBI about this, I gave them my email, they could make around. American journalists, I also showed it” – he said.
According to Leshchenko, the letters that were sent from the fake account’s mailbox to blackmail Manafort, was a planned special operation.
“It was a special operation, because we saw with an American journalist from The New York Times, I created my box, created a fake account using one of the boxes, which I do not use but still have access to it. There comes some spam, there is the story of the relationship 15 years ago. And we found there a letter, as was created last summer with a fake account from which you then someone sent Manafort messages. I can’t say it’s intelligence agencies, Ukrainian or Russian, but someone has done this operation”, – he added.
The MP also claims that Manafort in life he did not communicate any messages not sent to him, nor his family, never met him, seen him in my life twice as a journalist.
