Chinese PC giant Lenovo has announced the reduction of approximately 2% of its staff.
Layoffs will affect, including the North American headquarters of Lenovo in Morrisville, North Carolina.
Given that there are about 52 thousand employees in 160 countries, Lenovo will be fired a little more than 1,000 people, mainly in the USA and China, reports The Register, citing a statement by the vendor.
