Lego opens up a world of possibilities.
Following the instructions, you can create exact replicas of cars and buildings, and collect models are still not existing vehicles.
But then came a time when engineers create concepts, inspired by models of the designer. At the time, Lego has created a model motorcycle BMW R 1200 GS Adventure. This model can be collected as a normal bike, and can be made of the same parts to assemble a flying bike. Now, BMW engineers have turned this flying motorcycle in his concept of the Hover Ride Design Concept.
Worked on a project for young engineers of BMW in close collaboration with engineers from Lego. Although the concept can be called brave, he has big problems, the design does not allow neither to fly nor ride, although the bike and can get up in the air and even hang in there with the screw located in the front.
At the moment the company is not going to produce such stories, because of structural disadvantages is not such a big problem, but if she decides, it is likely that flying motorcycle from Lego and BMW will be released on the broader market.
Now Hover Ride Design Concept is on display at Lego World Copenhagen Copenhagen, after it will be presented in Norway, and then it will be delivered at the Munich research center.
