The separatists intend to refocus enterprise Ukrainian jurisdiction “in the direction of Russia”.
In Donetsk and Lugansk created a headquarters for control over the enterprises of the Ukrainian jurisdiction under external control, which actually means their nationalization. This was stated by the leaders of the “DNR” and “LNR” Alexander Zakharchenko and Igor Carpentry.
“I issued a decree on the establishment of the headquarters, which will regulate the rights of workers… You know that in connection with the blockade stopped work EMZ (Enakievo metallurgical plant – ed.) and a number of other companies. These companies need to start thinking about the people… This applies to all companies of the Ukrainian jurisdiction… And stadiums, and hotels, and so on… all,” said Zakharchenko.
He noted that he made this decision to “provide wages.”
In turn, Igor Plotnitsky noted that “the established headquarters intends to keep the enterprise afloat, but to contribute to their further development and to reorient towards Russia.”
“The inevitability of this process for the residents of Donbas has always been obvious, and the political helplessness of Kiev, only accelerated this irreversible process,” – said the head of the Luhansk separatists.
