The lawyer stressed that close Kara-Murza convinced premeditated was no more than his poisoning.
The lawyer of the journalist Vladimir Kara-Murza Vadim Prokhorov filed an application to the Investigative Committee demanding to start a case of attempted murder of his client.
Prokhorov also asks SK to check the circumstances of the poisoning of the journalist, after which he was in serious condition in hospital and in a coma. Prokhorov said that the close Kara-Murza think that the poisoning were deliberate in nature.
“This is a statement about the crime, it is largely, unfortunately, repeats that which we have already filed in the SC in the name of Bastrykin last statement, we even in fact received no reply no… We demand to inspect the circumstances of the case and to initiate proceedings under article 105 of the via 30, that is attempted murder,” said Prokhorov.
Vladimir Kara-Murza was in the hospital on 2 February with symptoms of severe poisoning. He subsequently fell into a coma. February 19, Kara-Murza was discharged from the hospital, he went to rehab abroad.
