This is contrary to all previous statements of Kiev, Lavrov said.
The head of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov said that he intends to clarify information on the introduction of Kiev full transport blockade of certain regions of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, adding that such actions are contrary to all previous statements of the Ukrainian authorities.

In addition, answering the question, contrary to any such actions to the Minsk process, Lavrov said that “It is contrary to common sense and human conscience”.
