Dolphin responded to the ban with understanding.
Russian musician Dolphin was not able to participate in the Atlas festival Weekend, which takes place in Kiev.
The Dolphin performance has been scheduled for 1 July, however he was not allowed to Ukraine.
“I was in Crimea and I was not allowed to Kiev. There is such a law and it is enforced. It’s all,” wrote the artist on his page in Facebook. Dolphin also said that the rest of the band safely crossed the border, and the concert will be held.
While the band Dolphin acted without their leader in so-called karaoke mode: behind the guests, the organizers have set a screen on which were projected the words of songs.
