Group of companies “the seventh continent” is preparing a lawsuit against a man who posted false information in social networks.

Group of companies “the seventh continent” officially declares that Stanislav Fedorchuk on his page on the social network Facebook, November 2, 2017 at 20:30, has published inaccurate information regarding the incident that allegedly occurred in the store “ATB”, located in Kharkov on Amosova street, 26.
The publication writes that Stanislav Fedorchuk, in particular, reported that the cashier of shop “ATB” allegedly refused to serve his friend, who recently was discharged from the Armed forces of Ukraine, the Ukrainian language. The store employee supposedly said he knows only one state language – Russian, waiting, when will come the Russian tanks, and that “Kharkiv is Russia”. After this comrade Stanislav Fedorchuk, allegedly smashed the head of the cashier a dozen eggs. In the store the police were called.
All of the above is absolutely untrue, insist the company. There is not a single fact confirming the information published by Stanislav Fedorchuk, the newspaper writes. The employees at the store, as surveillance video contradict the events laid out by Fedorchuk on his page on the social network Facebook. Also do not confirm the exit to the store on the said fact and the National police of Ukraine.
Corporation “ATB” considers the actions of Stanislav Fedorchuk invalid, such that harm not only business reputation “ATB”, but dangerous for the country as a whole. The opposition Ukrainians by language, approval of violence against inalazione, the purpose of enemies (collaborators), dissemination of knowingly false information – a typical set of instruments of the aggressor country, to conduct information war against Ukraine.
The authors of the article say that not above using the same methods and tools Stanislav Fedorchuk, who calls himself a patriot. In the opinion of the Corporation “ATB”, is actually a little-known community activist promotes self citation ranking, spreading false information and stoking the language conflict. The conviction of the Corporation “ATB”, relevant authorities should certainly give an unambiguous assessment of the actions of Stanislav Fedorchuk the facts.
The Corporation “ATB” reminds that it is the company that more than other retail chains have suffered as a result of the fighting in the East of Ukraine. Losses in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions from the “nationalization” and the shelling of shops, theft of property and money, theft of cargo transport, the destruction of the warehouse and commercial real estate exceed 7 billion. Since the beginning of the antiterrorist operation (ATO) in Eastern Ukraine mobilized 765 employees of the Corporation “ATB”, 10 staff members were killed, 6 were wounded.
Over the past 2.5 years, the Corporation “ATB” has funded 12 programs care in excess of 24 million.
