Eyewitnesses reported that the helicopter landed in a crowded place, pick up the passenger and flew away in an unknown direction.

In Chernihiv, the local Prosecutor’s office to investigate the illegal landing of a private helicopter near the Terminus of public transport in the district of Masan. This was reported on the official website of the Prosecutor’s office of Chernihiv.

As noted in the Unified register of pretrial investigations included information on the fact of violation of safety rules of air transport.

It is established that on October 21, a private helicopter landed in a field near the Terminus of the trolley in one of the districts of the city, pick up the passenger and flew away in an unknown direction.

“Given the evidence, 23 October the criminal proceedings under article violation of safety rules or operating rail, water or air transport. The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of corrective works for the term up to two years or restriction of freedom for up to three years”, – noted in Prosecutor’s office.
