Investigators of capital Prosecutor’s office has conducted 25 raids in the framework of criminal proceedings initiated on the fact of unlawful decisions of the city Council since Leonid Chernovetsky.
In particular, we are talking about illegal alienation in 2007-2009, 45 hectares of land in the reserve of local importance “Zhukov Island”, which cost only regulatory assessment exceeds UAH 80 million.
During the searches, which involved 115 employees of the personnel were seized documents of importance for the investigation of the criminal proceedings, money, etc.
In addition, as part of an investigation on the facts of abuse of official position entailing serious consequences, the Prosecutor’s office of Kiev reported about suspicion to the former Deputy head of the Kyiv city state administration, head of the Main Department of land resources KSCA, the former chief of the yurupravleniya and former head of the Department of land management of GOSR KSCA, as well as any person involved in the creation of fictitious co-op.
