“Kyivenergo” has filed a lawsuit against Kiev over 800 debts for “a communal flat”.
This was during a press briefing said the head of the customer Department of PJSC “Kyivenergo” Viktor Melnikov.
“If the debt is not paid, the company is forced to take action to recover forcibly. Now we have sued some 800 lawsuits to recover the debt for services for the supply of centralized heating and hot water,” – said Melnikov.
In case of failure of the consumer to pay the debt, the company ceases to provide services.
In “Kyivenergo” added that are ready to provide debt restructuring and repayment schedules to the co (Central heating) and hot water.
