“Kievpost” demands to demolish self-willedally built structures.
The company “Kievpost” said the threat of destruction of a building of the Kiev river station due to construction work on the Postal square.
This is stated in the appeal “Cavort” in the name of the President of Petro Poroshenko, the Cabinet of Ministers and the security Service of Ukraine.
“29 October 2017 “Kievpost” revealed that the land in dangerous proximity to the building of the river Port unknown third parties make construction activity – digging trenches, working construction equipment, excavation piles. It hurts not only protected the rights and legitimate interests “Kievpost”, but also poses a threat of destruction of a building of River station”, – is told in it.
The company has addressed in court with the claim to the municipal enterprise “Directorate of construction of road facilities in Kiev” and the investor of building a shopping center at the Postal square “Hansford-Ukraine” on elimination of obstacles to the use of the building of the river Port.
“Kievpost” demands to demolish illegally constructed buildings and allow land on which the building of the river Port, in the original form.
