Four malefactors are detained “without delay” for committing an armed attack on the institution selling the lotteries remanded in custody without bail.
About it reported in a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Kiev.
The Prosecutor recalled that on August 29 a group of armed men, threatening the administrator of the institution with a shotgun and a pistol, took from the till almost 12 thousand hryvnia.
The attackers fled the scene but was quickly detained by militiamen.
The attackers were residents of Kyiv aged from 21 to 35 years, one of which is an active soldier.
Now to all men it is reported about suspicion under part 3 St. 187 (robbery) of UK of Ukraine which sanction provides from 7 to 12 years of imprisonment.
