Kyiv businessmen paid 2.2 million UAH for seats under mobile trade

The most expensive “point” was a place near the city circus. Corresponding to the lot was sold for 235 thousand.

“I believe that the right to introduce a system of auctions for the right placement of mobile and seasonal trade in all cities of the country. Today it is one of the most fair criteria for determining the winners through pure monetization,” said the ex-Director of the Department of urban development and the preservation of the natural environment of the Kyiv city state administration Belotserkovets.

Confirmed the absence of apparent violations during the bidding and the head of the Association of mobile coffee shops (AMC) Alex Basaev.

“Another successful auction on placement of mobile Commerce. We did not find any violations, abuse, or something the like that this was fixed in the next few years,” he wrote on his page in Facebook Basaev.

At the same time, the AMCU head said that the sale of the right to trade transportnogo funds through public auction is not a panacea. According to him, the right of choice is confined to consumers, and the entrepreneur needs simply to place the vehicle in not prohibited by the rules of the road (SDA) place and pay the same for all contribution to the city budget.
