Kuchma summed up the results of talks in Minsk

Details of the negotiations announced the press Secretary of the Ukrainian representative in the TAG Darka olifer.

In Minsk on Wednesday, 4 October, ended with a meeting of the Trilateral contact group on settling the situation in Donbas. The representatives of Ukraine insist that work on humanitarian, political and social issues is only possible through sustained and meaningful silence mode in the Donbas and return to the demarcation line fixed by the Memorandum of 19 September 2014.

Olifer announced that the coordinator of humanitarian subgroups Tony Frisch planning a trip to the occupied territory of the Luhansk region to visit the illegally detained persons, including Vladislav Ovcharenko and Denis Skackova. “It is essential that the OSCE representative was able to figure out whether to apply to the hostages of violence and torture. There is also the issue of the identification of the location of the journalist Stanislav Aseev,” said she.

Press Secretary Kuchma once again reminded that the recognition in the Russian Federation documents issued by the terrorists in ORDO, the seizure of enterprises and the introduction of the ruble zone, the establishment of pseudogravity – all this reflects a regression of the Russian Federation in the Minsk process.

Also, according to her, the TAG supported the initiative of the head of SMM OSCE Apakan of Erturul about the opening 20 Oct 2017 KPVV gold.

“Within the economic subgroups of the representative of the Russian Federation recognized the need to pay the debt for the consumed in ORLO water and expressed willingness to participate in the development of a mechanism for debt repayment in accordance with the Ukrainian legislation,” – said olifer.

Recall that on 4 October on the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine registered a presidential bill on ensuring sovereignty over the occupied territories of Donbass.
