The Kyiv city Council extended the contract with Kyivenergo on the control of thermal networks of the city until 27 April 2018.
For the adoption of the draft decision voted 62 deputies at the minimum required 61.
According to the draft decision, it is assumed the extension of the agreement for the implementation of project management and reforming energy complex of Kyiv from 2001 concluded between Kyiv city state administration and energy supply company Kyivenergo.
An agreement with Kyivenergo is proposed to extend until April 27, 2018, inclusive.
The action of the existing contract ends on 31 December 2017.
The draft decision also provides for the definition of CP and pinning him on the right of economic management of public property in the possession and use of Kyivenergo, after the termination of the agreement.
In addition, it is planned to develop up to 30 June 2017 the agreement determining the procedure and terms of repayment of the municipal property, transferred to Kyivenergo.
