In June 2018, when the court first considered the claim of PrivatBank.
The Central appeals court on may 2 opened the proceedings in the appeal LLC “Arlan”, the ultimate beneficiaries are Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov, the decision of the economic court of Dnipropetrovsk region from February 13, at the suit of the national Bank on foreclosure of the mortgage.
According to court records, we are talking about real estate, pledged as security for liabilities of PrivatBank’s loan refinancing: non-residential premises in administrative building at the ground floor area 573,7 square meters and the garages and warehouses of more than 500 sq m near the centre of the Dnieper river, owned by “Arlan” under the contract of sale and purchase dated 10 September 2003.
In June 2018, when the court first considered the claim of PrivatBank, the initial value of this property for sale was estimated to be 17.68 million.
In accordance with the report of PrivatBank, on April 1 of this year, its debt to the NBU refinancing amounted to UAH 9.3 billion.
Note, the Kiev appellate court rejected the National Bank’s complaint about removal of arrest from the assets of companies associated with the former owner of PrivatBank Igor Kolomoisky.
